At Kesar & Co., we believe dry fruits are not mere commodities—they are concentrates of nature's life force. Our quest takes us from high-altitude Mamra almond orchards in Kashmir, where glacier melt feeds the root systems, to the sun-baked sand plains of Jordan for caramelized Medjool dates.
Unlike massive industrial processors, we reject chemical gas treatments and artificial glazing. Every harvest is dried by sun, roasted on cast stone plate pans, and packaged in botanical-lined pouches designed to lock in organic freshness.
Artisanal Roasting
Nuts are stone-ground dry roasted in small batches to preserve internal natural oils and aromatic minerals.
